Shipping & Return

I. Shipping


1.1 The shipping cost shall be as notified to you before you place your order. VisionArt shall deliver the product to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 15 days after the day on which your order is confirmed. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.


1.2 Delivery will be completed when the Products are delivered to the address you gave. 



1.3 If you do not wish to treat the contract as at an end straight away, or do not have the right to do so. You can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can treat the contract as at an end if Vision Art does not meet the new deadline.



1.4 You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.


1.8 We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the product to you, for example, your full name, address, email address and contact telephone number. If so, this will have been notified to you before you place your order. We will contact you to ask for this information. We will not be responsible for supplying products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.


II. Price & Delivery charges


2.1 Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order for which we have issued an order confirmation.


2.2 The price of a Product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of the order confirmation, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.


2.4 The price of a Product does include delivery charges for the following countries for the United-Kingdom and Europe.




  • Standard: 2 - 4 working days


  • Standard (small/medium): 2 - 4 working days

  • Standard /large): 3 - 6 working days

  • Premium: 2 - 4 working days


  • Standard: 5 - 10 working days

  • Premium: 3 - 6 working days



(*) Shipping may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.



III. Return policy


3.1 If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 10 days of delivery* in the original condition and packaging.


3.2 Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary between £17.00 and £37.00 for small to medium parcel courier services and from £35.00 and £78.00 for large parcel courier services. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items which are personalized or customized to your specifications


If the products have been delivered to you, you must either post them back to Vision Art or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. Vision Art shall pay for the costs of postage or collection.

3.3 All eligible items purchased between 24 and the 1st December can be returned until 10 January of the following year.


3.4 If your order arrives damaged or defective, please see the Cancellation Rights.


(*) The day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.


Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.



IV. Your cancellation rights


4.1 This clause 8 shall only apply if you are a consumer on our Site.


4.2 If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to change your mind or/and cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel your order and receive a refund. 


If you do choose to treat the contract as at an end for late delivery, you can cancel your order for the product or reject products that have been delivered. If you wish to reject or cancel the order the product must be in perfect condition. If the product is custom or damage Vision Art won't be able to refund you. 



4.3 You do not have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract where a product has been made to your specifications and is clearly personalized.


4.4 You may cancel a contract from the date you receive the order confirmation, which is when the contract between you and the seller is formed. If the product(s) has already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the product.


4.5 To cancel a contract if you change your mind, you must contact us in writing by sending an e-mail to using the cancellation form at the bottom of these terms. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.


4.6 If you have received the unwanted product once you have changed your mind, you must pay the cost of returning it to us unless we have agreed otherwise. We will process the refund due to you using the credit or debit card you used to pay for the product and refunds will be processed without undue delay, and in any event, no later than 10 days after either (i) Vision Art received the returned product; or (ii) the day on which you provide evidence to Vision Art that the product has been returned.



V. Our cancellation rights


5.1 We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if you do not, within a reasonable time: 

  • provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the product following a request by us for the information from you,

  • the product is not available or the demand can not be satisfied.

  • if the returned product arrives damaged or not in the authentic condition (extra charges could be applied).


5.2 If we end the order contract in the situations set out at clause "5.1" above, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for the item we have not provided.
